This boutique project in East Austin is envisioned as a community-focused hospitality and wellness destination, celebrating nature, connection, and holistic health. While designed to serve guests and wellness visitors, select spaces are thoughtfully open to the public, fostering neighborhood engagement and community events.
A welcoming, neighborhood-facing street edge, enhanced with planting and lighting, invites visitors into the central courtyard, while a dedicated food truck area along the street offers healthy food options.
Outdoor areas are organized into distinct rooms that extend from the guest rooms. Native, low-maintenance plantings create a dynamic, seasonally responsive palette. Wellness amenities include a sauna, both freestanding and in-grade cold plunge options, a hot tub, pool, and yoga lawn. The site is designed with flexibility in mind, accommodating intimate gatherings as well as larger, community-centered events.
